A 1099 independent-contractor role, paid per file, with a performance-based path to grow — no fixed ceiling. You move up by proving mastery, not by waiting out a clock.
You learn the PLS way, build your pipeline, and work toward the KPIs measured in your 90-day evaluation. Clearing that evaluation is your path to the next tier.
Earned once you pass your 90-day evaluation and consistently hit our core KPIs. This is where most of our coordinators operate while building the track record that opens the door to Senior.
Reserved for coordinators who've demonstrated true mastery, deep expertise, and leadership among peers. Senior TCs don't just run files flawlessly — they set the standard the team follows.

Pick a tier and slide to the volume you'd carry. Per-file rates are fixed by tier; annual pay scales with the files you run.

Your first 90 days
You're checked in at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks against clear, consistent standards. A strong 90-day evaluation is your path to advancing to Associate TC.
Three standards are non-negotiable and decide whether you advance:
You manage timelines without reminders, and you do not miss contractual dates.
Your work is correct when submitted and rarely needs correction.
You function as the file lead, and everyone on the deal communicates directly with you.
Clear those three — along with our standards for file organization, responsiveness, escalation judgment, professional tone, and ownership — and you advance to Associate TC at a higher per-file rate. By day 90, you should feel less like a new hire and more like the person nobody on your files could imagine working without.
