to settlement.

Listing Coordination

  • Manage the listing file from pre-listing all the way through to an executed contract.
  • Draft, send, and track listing agreements, disclosures, and required documents for signature.
  • Coordinate the go-live — input the listing to MLS, sync KW Command, and confirm the details are accurate.
  • Order and schedule listing services: photography, signage, lockboxes, and vendor coordination.
  • Keep the listing compliant and audit-ready, tracking key dates right up to contract.

Contract to Close

  • Drive the full transaction from executed agreement to settlement, start to finish.
  • Build and defend every timeline: deadlines, contingencies, inspections, appraisals, and loan milestones.
  • Stay a step ahead of buyers, sellers, co-op agents, lenders, title, and inspectors — you communicate before they ask.
  • Coordinate every document across every party, and verify accuracy before anything gets submitted.
  • Keep each transaction fully compliant with Keller Williams, federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Organize files across KW Command, DocuSign, dotloop, Lone Wolf, AFrame, MLS, Google Workspace, and JotForm.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before they move.
  • Confirm every required document is collected, properly executed, and submitted on time.
  • Partner with market center compliance staff to resolve missing items or corrections fast.
  • Maintain clean, audit-ready digital files using PLS systems and SOPs.

Client & Agent Experience

  • Be the calm, steady communication hub for the transaction — especially in the stressful moments.
  • Deliver the white-glove standard that defines the PLS name.
  • Set clear expectations and keep everyone informed throughout the process.

Internal Coordination

  • Keep dashboards, pipelines, and workflows accurate and current.
  • Follow PLS SOPs and quality standards — and help us make them better.
  • Show up for team meetings and training, and bring your ideas.

  • Active real estate license in good standing with your state commission.
  • Your license hung with a Keller Williams Market Center — or a willingness to transfer it to KW. PLS is KW exclusive, and we'll help you make the move.
Experience & skills
  • Background in real estate contracts, TC work, compliance, or related operations preferred.
  • Able to manage 30 to 50+ active files with precision and a level head.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized with sharp time-management instincts.
  • Tech-fluent across our stack: KW Command, DocuSign, dotloop, Lone Wolf, AFrame, MLS, Google Workspace, and JotForm.
  • Proactive problem-solver who addresses issues before they escalate.
  • Self-directed, while staying tight to PLS systems and standards.

How you'll work

Built around the rhythm of real estate.

  • Remote or hybrid, depending on market center needs.
  • Available during standard real estate hours — typically 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST, or the equivalent in your state.
  • Responsive, dependable, and consistent. Agents and clients rely on you as their operational anchor.
  • Aligned to all PLS SOPs, compliance checklists, and file submission processes.

Compensation & structure

Paid per file. A clear path

A 1099 independent-contractor role, paid per file, with a performance-based path to grow — no fixed ceiling. You move up by proving mastery, not by waiting out a clock.

Tier 01 · First 90 Days

Training TC

$200 / file

You learn the PLS way, build your pipeline, and work toward the KPIs measured in your 90-day evaluation. Clearing that evaluation is your path to the next tier.

Reserved for coordinators who've demonstrated true mastery, deep expertise, and leadership among peers. Senior TCs don't just run files flawlessly — they set the standard the team follows.

You're checked in at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks against clear, consistent standards. A strong 90-day evaluation is your path to advancing to Associate TC.

30 Days 1–30

Learn the PLS Way

  • Onboard and get fluent in our SOPs, compliance checklists, and quality standards.
  • Get hands-on with our core platforms across the full stack.
  • Shadow active files and start handling transactions with direct support.
  • Build your first agent relationships and learn how each one likes to work.
60 Days 31–60

Build Your Pipeline

  • Take ownership of your own files and run them contract to close.
  • Support multiple agents and begin functioning as the lead on every file.
  • Hit compliance, accuracy, and communication standards consistently, without prompting.
  • Start contributing observations and ideas in team meetings.
90 Days 61–90

Run It Like It's Yours

  • Carry a real pipeline — at least 25 active files handled by the 90-day mark.
  • Manage every timeline without reminders, and submit work that's right the first time.
  • Operate as the communication hub: agents and vendors come straight to you.
  • Show the ownership mindset that moves files forward before anyone asks.
