Every figure above is a fact about how PLS operates, drawn from our own service model. Performance metrics (annual transactions, agents supported, audit-pass rate) are being compiled for publication and will be added here with their definitions.
Methodology
A transaction is a single real estate file that PLS coordinated from a ratified contract (or active listing) through settlement or live status.
Listing-to-live turnaround is measured from receipt of complete listing materials to the listing going active in the MLS, typically 48 to 72 hours.
A database scrub is a one-time engagement of roughly 60 days of daily verification, de-duplication, DNC scrubbing, and tagging inside KW Command.
Service area reflects states with active PLS coordination: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. New York expansion is in progress and is not yet counted.
