Transaction Coordination

Contract to Close

Comprehensive coordination from executed contract through settlement — deadline tracking, document management, communication, and closing coordination.

Dual Agency Transaction

Required when representing both sides. Includes enhanced compliance oversight, dual‑party coordination, and increased documentation management.

Transaction Licensee Service

Neutral coordination when acting as a transaction licensee for both parties — document handling, timeline management, and closing facilitation.

Multi‑Unit Transaction (more than 2 units)

Applies to transactions involving more than two residential units, reflecting increased documentation and coordination.

For Sale By Owner (FSBO)

Coordination support for FSBO transactions, including additional communication, document handling, and compliance oversight.

KW Command Compliance Only

Compliance‑focused file review and document management within KW Command for agents who don't need full coordination.
