FAQ
Pricing questions, answered.
How is transaction coordination priced?
Transaction coordination is billed per file, not as a monthly retainer, so you only pay when you have a deal. Rates vary by state (PA, NJ, DE, MD) and by transaction type. There is no fixed overhead and no minimum volume, so you can use it on every file or only when you need it.
Are there monthly fees or retainers?
No. Precision Leverage Solutions does not charge monthly fees or retainers for transaction coordination or listing management. You pay per file or per listing, so your cost scales with your business instead of adding fixed overhead.
How much does listing management cost?
Listing management is priced per listing and varies by state. It covers photography and vendor coordination, MLS entry, showing setup, and document handling, and it transitions into transaction coordination with the same coordinator once the property goes under contract. Contact us for current per-listing pricing in your state.
How much does a database scrub cost?
PLS Scrub is a one-time service starting at $2,000 for databases up to 2,500 contacts, plus $750 per additional 1,000 contacts. An optional SmartPlan setup is $150 after completion. Unlike the per-file services, the scrub is billed once.
Why does pricing vary by state?
Forms, disclosures, and transaction requirements differ across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland, so the work involved in a compliant file varies by state. Pricing reflects that, which is why PLS quotes per-file and per-listing rates by state rather than one flat number.
