It is an AI-assisted offer assembly service, which is a narrower and more useful thing. You complete a structured intake covering property, parties, price, and terms. AI populates the Agreement of Sale and every required state-compliant addendum from that intake. You then review every field and approve the offer as your own work product before it goes anywhere. It does not choose your terms, write a personal cover letter to the seller, or negotiate. It removes the assembly, not the judgment.
