Why we are telling you this instead of taking the file
A transaction coordinator who does not know a state's forms, disclosures, and settlement norms is worse than no coordinator at all, because you stop watching the file. Maryland has its own disclosure regime and its own recording and settlement practice, and running it well takes a coordinator who works there regularly. We are not staffed for that yet. When we are, this page will say so and the rate card will be published like every other state.
